BIO
Justin Eballar is an accomplished advocate with nearly a decade of experience in direct action and complex civil litigation. As Managing Attorney for California at Enara Law, he has represented individuals, businesses, residential landowners, and commercial property owners in individual, mass, and class action matters across the state.
Prior to establishing his own office in 2021, Mr. Eballar practiced at two of Los Angeles’ top plaintiff trial firms, where he recovered more than $10 million for his clients. He has also demonstrated strong results on the defense side, including securing a complete dismissal and attorney’s fee award in a $2.1 million lawsuit in favor of his client.
Mr. Eballar is also a published author in California’s leading legal publication, the Daily Journal, where he examined key issues in government immunity laws. He has contributed his time to organizations such as the Grassroots Law Project and Pepperdine Caruso School of Law’s Disaster Relief Clinic.
