George K. Chebat is the Founding Attorney of Enara Law PLLC, where he leads the firm’s strategic vision and growth. He brings a strong background in business law, corporate strategy, and legal advisory, positioning Enara Law as a trusted partner for businesses navigating complex legal environments.
Mr. Chebat focuses his practice on advising and representing small and mid-sized businesses, helping them manage legal risk, resolve disputes, and structure transactions effectively. His experience spans business litigation, regulatory compliance, venture capital financing, intellectual property, employment matters, and exit transactions.
Prior to founding Enara Law, Mr. Chebat served as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at CyberSponse, a cybersecurity automation company, where he played a key role leading the company through its multi-million-dollar acquisition in 2019. Earlier in his career, he gained experience with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Superior Court of California, and multiple government affairs firms, contributing to lobbying efforts on Capitol Hill.
