Peter Diamond is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Enara Law PLLC, bringing extensive cross-industry expertise in financial strategy, tax resolution, and business consulting. With years of experience advising small and medium-sized businesses, Peter provides comprehensive financial services and strategic advice on capital investment, transaction structuring, and exit planning.
Peter is a Certified Bankability Expert®, Certified Tax Resolution Specialist, and a Federally Licensed Tax, Accounting, Real Estate, and Structure expert. His deep understanding of financial forecasting, tax mitigation, and entity structuring enables him to support both the firm’s financial operations and the financial strategies of its clients.
In his role at Enara Law, Peter is responsible for managing the firm’s financial and accounting practices, as well as developing and implementing the firm’s corporate transaction strategies to minimize tax liabilities and enhance profitability.
